also known as soup-food or steamboat, is a dish whereby a heat source placed on the dining table keeps a pot of soup stock simmering, and a variety of Chinese foodstuffs and ingredients are served beside the pot for the diners to put into the hot stock.
DRY POT
Dry pot shares many of the same base ingredients as a traditional Szechuan hot pot – douban, fermented soy beans, ginger, garlic, chili oil and a liberal dose of chili peppers and Szechuan peppercorns.

Traditionally trained chefs turn fresh ingredients into authentic specialty dishes that rival those offered in China.The restaurant offers ample seating to accommodate anyone from couples to large parties. The upper floor of the restaurant also boasts a karaoke bar with state-of-the-art amenities and equipment. We at China Red accept online and phone table reservations, and also welcome walk-in customers for dine-in and takeaway. Food delivery is available with Uber Eats & Hungry Panda too!
